Renaissance - A Period I would like to time travel to!?

If i could go back in time to wherever i wished, I'd would like to go back to the period of Renaissance(or the High Renaissance to be precise,from 1475 to 1525) and live in Florence,Italy.

Seldom has there been such a period in world history which impacted science,religion,art all at once.The burst of creativity and inquisitive spirit in this period is unparalleled.The works and achievements of this period are venerated to this day.The spirit of curiosity in the men of renaissance and the energy of the time which resulted in numerous masterpieces would be a delight for anyone. There are many highly interesting periods of history to learn about, but one of the most fascinating is that which covers the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries in Italy.  The level of artistic and architectural production during this time is astounding, so much so that centuries later works produced during the Renaissance continue to capture the public’s imagination.

We might think that those who came before us lived in more interesting times, or maybe that they lived in cultures which were superior to our modern culture.  During the Renaissance, people also looked to their past with a sense of admiration and in search of guidance.  They did not look to the previous century, but instead to the ancient Greeks and Romans, whose civilizations existed more than a thousand years earlier.  Patrons, scholars, artists, and engineers of the Renaissance looked back to their ancient ancestors in order to help them craft their world in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries.  It is really not surprising that this started in Italy, since many of the old ruins still standing in the Renaissance period would still have been considered engineering marvels – the products of some advanced people who once occupied the land.

Schindler's List

There may have been a good many things Spielberg couldn't show in Schlinder's List, for obvious reasons, like the fact that neither he nor his audience could take them. But the most important omission lies in the absence of the pyrotechnical wizardry that's made him the most consistently popular film-maker in the world. The film is in black and white, and there is no obvious flamboyance whatsoever. Many of the shots are hand-held and, though totally professional. Delhi’s Mountain of Danger - Shame for civic bodies

As we enter New Delhi, it's a land of towering Five Star hotels, government institutions & residences. But, whenever we pass through the roads of the National capital, one can never miss a panoramic view of huge landfills & massive sight of more than 100 feet tall Garbage Mountains of the decaying trash having an acrid smell and obnoxious gases coming out of it. ''On September 1, 2017, two people died and five people were injured in East Delhi after a large part of the Ghazipur landfill — which should have been closed 15 years ago — collapsed in the afternoon of 2 nd September, sweeping several people on a road nearby into a canal. Heaps of garbage dropped into the Kondli canal running alongside the landfill, creating a giant wave of slushy water that hit the road next to the canal.
